Keloid Scar Removal

In order to get optimal results in keloid scar removal it is important to use a good product. I don't know from experience if scar silicone sheets are very effective regarding keloid scar removal. My scars were mostly hypertrophic. But many sources on the Internet show that silicone scar products work on keloids as well.
